What will you do as a “Samon Armchair Archaeologist”?

As a “Samon Armchair Archaeologist” you will work with CSS/NUS remotely (over the internet) helping to discover and mark previously unrecorded archaeological features. This is done by vectoring (drawing over) the archaeological features you see on the Samoan LiDAR (from the CSS-LiDAR Map Server) and submitting them (the vectors - example below) to be included in “Utu” ‑ the Samoan Archaeology and Cultural Heritage Database for the Independent State of Samoa.
