It was a great honour and privilege to have Police Commissioner Fuiavailiili Egon Keil as guest speaker for the postgraduate course HDS500 Development Theory and Practice on 14 September 2020 to present Samoa’s national border and security. The presentation covered a wide range of topics including transnational crimes, illegal drugs and firearms, cyber security, deportees, regionalism, and community engagements. As many students commented, it was extremely informative, very insightful, and eye-opening lecture for students to learn the triumphs and challenges faced by Samoa Police. Thank you Commissioner and team for coming to our class! 🙂
