Last week, the HDS500 course had the honor to be in the presence of our guest speaker, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Independent State of Samoa, His Excellency Mr. Keisuke Senta who gave a practical overview of Japan’s development partnership with Samoa.

r Senta was a prosecutor by profession and also a professor of law at the University of Tokyo. He was accompanied by MrHDS. Takao Mochida, the First Secretary of the Embassy.
