It was a great honor and privilege for the postgraduate class HDS500 Development Theory and Practice to have Professor Regina Scheyvens, a Professor of Development Studies from Massey University, Co-Director of Pacific Research and Policy Centre as a zoom lecturer on the 08 September 2021. Professor Scheyvens presented on ‘Alternative Development and Approaches to Tourism’. She has published several articles about beach fale tourism development and is currently running a region w-de project called Reimaging South Pacific tourism post-pandemic. Thank you Professor for sharing your knowledge with our students 🙂
