Despite her super busy schedule, Peseta kindly presented on Samoa’s Development Aid Coordination and Management in HDS501 Development Partnerships on 24 March 2021. This is one of 3 core courses for Postgraduate Diploma and Master’s in Development Studies, that enables students to develop an understanding of the ways in which Samoa’s development projects and programmes are identified, planned, implemented and monitored by government and its development partners. It also imparts knowledge and skills to conduct evaluations of development projects and programmes, based on current international standards and guidelines.
Peseta Noumea Simi was an Assistant Chief Executive Officer (ACEO) for Aid & Debt Coordination Division under the Ministry of Finance (MoF) before she was bestowed the title Chief Executive Officer for Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
