Experience
Leasiolagi has taught at the University of the South Pacific, Canterbury University in Christchurch (where he was founding Director for the Macmillan Brown Centre for Pacific Studies) and the University of Auckland as the Director for the Centre for Pacific Studies.
He has also worked as: UNESCO Regional Adviser for Social and Human Sciences for Asia and the Pacific, based in Bangkok; a UNESCO Representative in Afghanistan and Bangladesh; and a Judge of the Samoan Land and Titles Court.
